In the midst of the digital and technological era, businesses opportunities are everywhere.
If you’re the type that’s truly embracing your entrepreneurial spirit in 2019…
When it comes to home business opportunities and making moolah online, Local Marketing Vault is one of the more well-known programs that some seem to be considering.
Focusing on the possibility of generating immediate results for yourself and/or your clients is an ever-increasing desire of both consumers and business owners.
After all, instant gratification seems to be the direction that society is headed. People want delivery faster, cheaper, or in a unique way…
Anyone order a pizza? There’s a drone outside with a large pineapple stuffed crust and I’m not sure how much to tip it …
And that desire for instant results seems to be growing exponentially.
Local Marketing Vault was founded by two gentlemen who were marketers but evolved into marketing coaches. This mentoring platform now guides students in digital advertising and social media marketing.
With LMV you will be leveraging paid traffic (specifically FB ads and Google ads) to drive customers to landing pages for local businesses.
I do something similar, but instead of paying for Google Ads, I use free traffic by ranking my sites on Google organically. Then I send the leads to business owners and once hooked, they pay me rent, month after month.
I gotta give mad credit to this high level course. It’s what I’ve been following since 2014 and as of July 15th, 2019 I am making $50k / month. I’ll go into more into detail between paid traffic vs. free and why I chose the free traffic route.
But first, let me introduce you to the creators of LMV, James and Jason.
When these two joined forces, they combined their skills and LMV was born. What is the Local Marketing Vault though? Is it a scam?
How are they delivering value to their students? What are they doing to help others with their services and knowledge?
Is more expensive, or about the same cost as most mentoring platforms?
Keep reading because this article will touch on all of this… so take notes people!
We’ll finish out the article by exploring what I’ve discovered through my own experience making passive income and which high level course showed me the top business model of ALL internet-based options for entrepreneurs… It’s what I’ve been doing since 2014 and as of July 15th, 2019 I am making $50k / month.
But first, let’s get into:
The Local Marketing Vault!
What exactly is the Local Marketing Vault?
Facebook Ads and Google Ads are two advertising methods they advocate providing education and support for.
Leveraging paid traffic via Facebook and Google are what these mentors have committed to simplifying and coaching on.
Hence, the Local Marketing Vault was born.
In today’s super high-tech world you can connect with people from a distance – all from behind your laptop.
You can land clients that you can help in both the short-term and the long-term with one simple concept:
Provide them with more paying customers upfront. The benefits are a big deal for these business owners, especially when you leverage a lifetime value proposition for repeat purchasers.
Who founded the LMV and started this whole thing?
Bonnie and Clyde. Pinkie & The Brain. Batman & Robin.
No they didn’t start LMV .. LOL but..a dynamic duo did..
Ah.. I love stories about dynamic duos!
When these two gentlemen crossed paths they ended up having more in common than they first realized.
They put their strengths together to create LMV, a course that you may have seen numerous YouTube commercials about.
In fact, not long after getting together, they were launching the platform with little more than a handful of videos, and a commitment to revolutionize local marketing training programs forever.
Let’s learn more about these two coaches right now.
Mr. James Bonadies is a family man and entrepreneur who resides on the east coast of the United States.
With a solid background in the education field and a couple of home-based business opportunities he’d explored in the past, he really seemed to jive with the idea of generating sales online.
However, it wasn’t until he was exposed to the idea of local lead generation that he realized there was a massive and profitable opportunity he could tap into.
As a result, he personally bought into a coaching program that showed him how to turn a simple, small business investment into dollars…
His coaching and mentorship companion is Mr. Jason McKim!
This family man resides all the way from the other end of the United States of America and currently enjoys the southern west coast indulgences with his family and pets. As a matter of fact, Jason was also a military man
Following his tour of duty, he entered into the financial planning industry.
He chose to invest in some coaching and mentoring of his own to develop confidence and strategies that would serve him well for the long-term.
And, after exploring other business options for years, including…
• eCommerce…(Yeah, I’ve been there done that..)
• Dropshipping…(Yep been there too…)
• And selling products that he had access to…
He also managed to land an opportunity to become well versed in the space of generating leads for local businesses using paid advertising strategies.
How 2 Great Entrepreneurs Developed 1 Mastermind
It’s not easy developing something from nothing. Take it from me, a guy who built a business in the few hours I had left in my day after my 9-5, into a massive passive income stream.
So I get it.
I have mad respect and can relate to the extreme work ethic of these two guys.
They first met at a live event and were introduced to seeing the opportunity to join forces.
While the whole story may not be completely transparent on who really planted the seed, the idea was established.
And in a JK Rowling / Harry Potter-esq style, the course was sketched out on a napkin where this live event was hosted at, and the framework for the Local Marketing Vault was officially on paper and passionately pursued from that point forward.
Fun fact if you didn’t quite get my Harry & the napkin reference three lines up:
Cue “the more you know” graphic…
And here’s another fact for you.
In only weeks, the first students to join the program spawned what is now the product of a closed social media group that counts upwards of 3,894 Smart Marketers strong.
What are Facebook Ads?
Social media can be a loose term utilized in this day and age, so let’s be clear about what that is and how Facebook Ads are closely related before we go any further.
Social media is, in summary, a technology platform that allows people to connect and visit in a digital manner without physically being present.
The communication advantages provided – especially in the days of smartphones – allows for…
• Enhanced dialogue
• Marketing options
• Hosting live feeds for announcements, mentorship, and hosting an ongoing dialogue between a virtually endless volume of people at any given time.
Such platforms notionally include (and in no particular order):
…and there are more and more that are both developing and being published on the daily.
It’s such a hot topic, as a matter of fact, that there are some very famous names in the social media community.
Founders, owners, and chief executive officers are all in on the social media action. Some of which are multimillionaires of large brands in 2019.
These moguls swear by it and have built their tribal following entirely on such mediums.
If you’ve ever heard of any of the following names, you can probably thank Facebook Ads and other social media platforms:
• Grant Cardone – famous for sales training and achieving massive success.
• Gary Vaynerchuk – who owns Vayner Media, and is a serial advocate of executing on the action plans that new and current entrepreneurs have made.
• Joe Soto – who built an entire business entirely upon marketing for restaurants using nothing more than Facebook and maybe a few additional social media platforms interwoven together.
• Tai Lopez – famous for building audience engagement and connecting with people; he currently sells multiple programs that are educational in nature.
• Russell Brunson – the face of the ever-famous digital marketing platform Clickfunnels.
All of the above individuals have, at one point or another, leveraged something called Facebook Ads.
This is nothing more than a paid advertising platform within two social media constructs, incorporating both…
• Facebook, and…
They have used these platforms and paid traffic to promote their cause and ensure that those who see value in their products, services, or pieces of training are well-informed.
Facebook has amassed such a large user base that they’ve made the information within most profiles available for advertisers to reach a targeted audience.
Facebook Ads Manager has a section where advertisers can target and refine their audience. It has some handy little tricks up it’s sleeve including:
- The Facebook Pixel (to track visits to a website and re-target users)
- Lookalike Audiences (duplicating an audience to find new users that fit into the same demographics as an audience that is already performing well on an ad campaign)
- Create Custom Audiences (save demographics, behaviors, job titles, into audiences for your ad campaigns)
Despite these handy tools, there ARE downsides to Facebook ads. Here are a few of the biggest mojo killers that I personally detest:
- You constantly have to refresh your ads when your campaigns taper off.
- You have to make sure your ad is catchy enough to get someone to stop scrolling in their news feed and give you their info.
- You can waste a lot of money if the ads are not done properly A-Z.
- Whoever you send the leads to MUST followup right away or you risk loosing the interest of the lead entirely.
- Conversion rates are not usually that high for service based industries unless you offer a huge discount or create a lot of urgency.
- Steep learning curve to dial it all in.
Let’s go over the other side of paid traffic that LMV leverages:
The Power of Google Ads
The ever-famous, 800-pound digital gorilla of the internet.
Google is perhaps the most famous of any website on the planet.
A digital indexing resource of sorts, this search engine collects the data from websites published online.
Then, upon indexing, allows users to search by a “keyword” (or “topic”) that they wish to find more information about.
This search engine then attempts to collect as many instances of what the user is attempting to learn more about in the world wide web.
What shows up first in search results are only the most relevant digital assets on their index…
Think of it as an electronic Rolodex that can be quickly thumbed through with computers.
This is such a significant thing that business owners fight tooth and nail over. They will pay large premiums to digital advertising agencies to reach the first position of Google search results and be the first choice for prospective buyers
However, it could very well take quite some time for a brand-new website, freshly indexed into Google search, to reach the top.
That is, UNLESS you know what industries to go into, and what keywords to target so that the time is drastically reduced.. (skills I’ve obtained through an online coaching program on local lead gen.)
Instead of seeking out results in the long-term, sometimes business owners attempt to hire someone that is skilled in the art of Google Ads.
This method is referred to as “Pay Per Click,” or “PPC” for short.
It’s another auction-based advertising platform that has the most users and often harbors high-intent buyers who search for specific needs.
Say you wanted a new… lawnmower to purchase.
It’s summertime people, the grass is growing fast around these parts!
Let’s say you would rather search online than simply going to a hardware store near you.
You can visit the search engine, type in your keyword: lawn mowers.. And find a method in which to purchase it from the comfort of your own home.
IDK who buys lawnmowers online, but hey – apparently there is a demand. Pay attention to where it says “Sponsored” or “Ad”. Those are PPC ads.
Yes, this is the world – and the times – that we live in with 2019 upon us.
What the Local Marketing Vault Offers
Facebook Ads and Google Ads can seem really complex or intimidating upon initial inspection.
That’s why LMV first takes a student through some introductory and foundational training.
They also review things like mindset, and business common sense.
After the foundational training, Jason and James take you on a journey into exploring various options you have to reach out and find prospective clients.
In some business models, they refer to the clients as patients; the various titles won’t change the fact that they’re paying customers…
And every business needs more buyers to continue their longevity.
Demystifying Paid Advertising Strategies
The Local Marketing Vault helps with fundamental concepts necessary to have honest conversations with prospective clients to do business.
Don’t be fooled though. You WILL still need to do sales if you follow the LMV training.
BUT if you hate sales, you can always partner with someone who loves it.
Overall, LMV teaches Facebook Advertising and Google Ads fundamentals in an easy to follow format, including…
• Platform overviews and how to navigate them.
• The research and steps necessary to set-up and launch a paid digital advertising campaign.
• Automation recommendations.
They also cover troubleshooting to assist in making sure that ad campaigns perform.
Though paid ads is one strategy for getting clients, I’ve personally found that in the long term, it pays to OWN your digital assets.
Picture this, you go to ALLL the trouble to create these ad campaigns, market them, pay out your own money to get campaigns working.
One of the most common issues with PAID ads is the lead quality is often much lower than if you are getting organic FREE traffic.
And that’s the power of Local Lead Generation with digital web properties.
It’s the business model that allows you to target specific kinds of customers in local markets… and SEO is usually more straightforward than paid ads for a few different reasons…
- Lower upfront costs.
- Wayyyy less upkeep.
- You are building something with lasting and evergreen value.
- Even if the market ends up being not-so great, you still have a strong website that can provide a boost to your other web properties, so it is never value-less.
- Reliable tools to determine which markets are easiest to tap into.
Once a site is ranked, WARM leads come in (warm because these people are already searching for services and researching which company to go with) 24/7, virtually on AutoPilot, and without paid advertising online – it’s all free web traffic from search results.
In fact, the simple business model is as basic as this:
• Establish a local lead gen site.
• Publish it online and ensure it reaches the very top of search results, like so…
• Generate referrals that you pass on to a local service provider in that industry.
• Collect your monthly paycheck while your lead gen site does all the heavy lifting for you.
The fundamentals behind this concept include basic search engine optimization (SEO) techniques, but the end result is the same…
Show up first in the marketplace and dominate your sector to collect and funnel all the high-intent buyers…
Our lead gen coaching program walked me through all of this when I first got started…
In fact, I was able to begin while working an underpaid, corporate job.
After I clocked out at 5:00pm, I would race home and get started on building my own digital assets that would rank on search results in a relatively short time.
Evenings and weekends were sacrificed to pursue and implement the strategies advocated in this coaching program.
And I’m glad I stuck with it because I quit my 9 to 5 in the first 10 months of launching my lead gen business.
As Post would say: if you F* with winning… congratulations!
And now I’m owning and operating a successful business to the profitable tune of over $45,000 per month…
The best part: that amount is pretty much passive income, which comes in whether I choose to work (or not) that month.

How Does the Local Marketing Vault Support Their Students?
In addition to basic tutorials on Facebook Ads and Google Ads, there are also guidelines on how automation can be set up to help digital sales funnels preform efficiently.
Over 30 recommended and proven niches are provided as well as a supportive Facebook community.
There are other resources available, but they’re probably insider secrets. Needless to say, they look out for their students.
It’s true! These guys have tried to pull out all of the stops for their students to get every chance possible to reach success.
For some, the complexities of…
• Facebook Ads
• Google Ads
• Automation Software, etc.
…may not be something that’s easily grasped by all students as fast as some who invest and get started.
That’s okay, though. They have question and answer sessions that are available throughout the week.
Monday through Friday, they have no less than one Q&A session planned for students to hop on and get their questions answered during the business week.
In addition, they have that private Facebook group I mentioned before.
Further, they have the support chat line of help when in the backend of the training section, with assistance for…
• Reviewing a campaign that isn’t working.
• Getting help with setting up digital assets.
• Learning how something works or getting it unstuck.
• Any technical difficulties with the training modules.
If you’re looking for mentoring and support along your path toward achieving success, they have a little to lend your way!
What Does It Take to Get Started?
This is probably not for someone who is going to be a chronic course buyer or is easily distracted by shiny objects.
If you’re gonna come in and do nothing with the information provided… just pass on this.
Hey, this blog keeps it real!
That being said, Jason & James bring to you…
• Foundational business training and guidance on best practices.
• Recommendations on progressive steps and technologies to implement.
• Marketing funnels in a few handfuls of niches.
• Question and Answer (Q&A) support.
• Concierge Service.
• Professional Connections.
• A Private Facebook Group.
• An annual live event.
• And much, much more…
For a one-time tuition cost of around $5,000 to get started, you can be entered into the fold.
How does Local Marketing Vault Differ from our Digital Real Estate Model?
You read that right… Digital Real Estate!
You see, local lead generation is a business model that revolves around leveraging free traffic strategies on the world wide web.
When it comes to paid advertising, however, the simple difference is that you’re going to pay for every visitor that comes to what you’re presenting to the world.
Let’s break this down here…
With Facebook ads, you don’t own any of your own assets!
Think about it…
It’s a genuine fact that you can simply click a button to turn on an ad with either of these paid platforms…
There’s this impression that you’ll start generating buyer leads for these local business owners almost immediately.
First off, that could be true in some cases; for others, you may have to spend some money and elbow grease investing and testing, and WAITING to find a perfect ad that works well.
Some people don’t like to wait that long, and that’s why there aren’t that many in the online paid advertising game, to begin with; it’s actual work!
My local lead generation business model doesn’t always hit a winning position from the very first day it’s posted.
However, there have been multiple times that I’ve only needed to work for a matter of hours before seeing results online that I could immediately turn into profits.
Imagine working for no pay for an entire day, and then scoring a jackpot that’s worth $1,000 to $3,000+ every month for the rest of your days…
That’s what’s possible with generating leads for local businesses with assets that you personally own and have ranked online.
And when you control the assets, it won’t matter if a client leaves you because you’ll be able to leverage your replaces to replace that income for yourself while making the competition in that marketplace rich instead.
Let’s say you actually start generating leads right away with your paid strategy though…
The other drawback here is that you’ll end up simply paying quite a lot to Facebook and/or Google to generate those leads.
Does that imply that your client will stick with you long-term?
Not at all!
And if your client leaves you – which they can certainly do at any time they please…
Then there goes your ability to fund your project and give money to these platforms to keep producing the results you’ve worked hard to learn how to do well.
You see, instead, you can just build digital billboards that you own and rank online.
I’m passionate about what is taught in our lead gen coaching program because it introduces the idea of business and asset ownership.
Once you publish a lead gen site and watch it overtake the top position, that is the virtual real estate that you get to keep.
How do I know? I have 45 of these lead gen sites and rake in over $50k per month as of July 2019 – and yeah, that’s passive income by the way.
Therefore, once you find a client to partner with, that client has to keep paying you to receive the leads that you control…
Since we control the leads, if they don’t pay, we can send them elsewhere for a better partnership – like a local competitor to that business.
On top of this brilliant strategy, the community surrounding it is solid.
Here is an event I attended back in June 2019 called Reload:
Plus our group is FILLED with testimonials and success stories on the daily:
Why not join up and see what it’s all about!
